Meghan McNamara, Esq., is a principal at Hinman Straub P.C. and member of the Firm’s Health Law Department.

Ms. McNamara concentrates her practice on representing health care and behavioral health providers, including federally qualified health centers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care providers, as well as statewide health care provider organizations.  Ms. McNamara assists her clients in all facets of regulatory representation including certificate of need applications, licensure applications, responses to solicitations of interest and regulatory compliance issues before the New York State Department of Health, Office of Mental Health, Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and Office of People With Developmental Disabilities.

Ms. McNamara also provides counsel and guidance to clients with respect to strategic planning and changes in New York’s health care delivery system, including New York’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (“DSRIP”) program, and Regulatory Modernization Initiative (“RMI”).

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
