Michael Sardo is a member of the Firm’s Health Law and Corporate Law Departments. Mr. Sardo’s practice includes advising health care clients on regulatory compliance matters and assisting business entities with the full range of legal services required for commercial transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and commercial leasing.
Mr. Sardo joined the firm in August of 2018 following graduation from Albany Law School, and rejoined the firm after working as a transactional media and entertainment attorney focusing on intellectual property matters and live event transactions.
Prior to attending law school, Michael obtained a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University and was a member of the University’s wrestling program.
