IG Reports on the Licensing of Commercial Bus Drivers

The State Inspector General has released her report on the state licensing and oversight of commercial bus drivers.  The report arose out of the March 12th tour bus crash in the Bronx where 15 passengers were killed.

The report makes a series of administrative and legislative recommendations that are intended to ensure that state licensing authorities have access to all the information needed to determine whether commercial license applicants are fit and qualified.
