JCOPE Posts FAQs on Source of Funding, Reportable Business Relationships

Earlier today, the Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) posted Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the “source of funding” regulations and “reportable business relationships” to its web site.

With the January 15^th filings deadline coming up quickly, these documents should be useful for lobbyists and their clients in ensuring their compliance with these new reporting mandates.
