Judge Kaye releases report on Governor and Yankees tickets

Judge Judith S. Kaye, appointed as Independent Counsel by the Attorney General, has released her final report entitled “Report of Investigation into events arising from Governor David A. Paterson’s acquisition of 2009 World Series Tickets.”
