New Campaign Contribution Limits Are Officially Adopted

Back in April, the State Board of Elections (SBOE) posted the new campaign contribution limits for the 2011-12 campaign cycle.

With the publication of these new limits in yesterday’s NYS Register, they are now officially in effect.

– Statewide party committees: $102,300

– Statewide offices, general elections: $41,100

– Statewide offices, primary elections: $19,700

– State Senate general elections: $10,300

– State Senate primary elections: $6,500

– State Assembly general and primary elections: $4,100
