Report: LG Candidate Fails to Report Travel Expenses

The New York Post reports that Tim Wu, candidate for Lieutenant Governor in next week’s Democratic primary, has not reported any campaign spending – even though he has been traveling throughout the state over the past three weeks.

Wu is the running mate of insurgent candidate for Governor Zephyr Teachout.

This is a good reminder for all political candidates in New York to make sure that their campaign finance reports are done properly. The failure to do so could result in public embarrassment and criticism – especially if you are running as a campaign finance reform advocate.
