CPI’s Draft Gift Regulations Expire

The Commission on Public Integrity’s draft regulations on gifts relating to state officers and employees, and for lobbyists and clients, have expired according to this week’s NYS Register.

These draft regulations were originally proposed in August 2010, and were revised in March 2011.

This is not a surprise, given the impending demise of the CPI.
