JCOPE Releases the Latest Edition of “The Ethics Review”

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) has released the Winter Edition of its periodic newsletter, The Ethics Review.

This issue reviews the state’s Code of Ethics (Public Officers Law section 74), responds to a “Dear JCOPE” inquiry, and provides highlights recent JCOPE enforcement actions.
