JCOPE to Hold April Meeting

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) holds its April meeting at 10:30 this morning.  The meeting agenda is not yet available here.  The Commission will be discussing records access policy and procedures, and new proposed guidelines to the Lobbying Act.
