JCOPE to Hold Roundtable on Random Audit Program

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) announced today via e-blast that it will be hosting “inform roundtable discussions” on the lobbying random audit program.

The program, which is intended for lobbyists, client filers, and compliance officers, will be held in New York City on June 27th and in Albany on June 28th.

The e-blast points out that these are not training sessions.  They are “opportunities for the regulated community to meet with JCOPE staff to discuss any issues relating to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and their experience with the Commission.”

If you are interested in participating, send an e-mail to [email protected] and include the word “Roundtable” in the subject line and so indicate.  But hurry, because space is limited.
