JCOPE to Meet on Feb. 18

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) has scheduled its next meeting for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 10:30 a.m. at its offices in Albany.

According to the agenda, Commissioners will take up their proposed ‘source of funding’ regulations, as well as a series of proposed gift-related regulations before they go into Executive Session.

There was interesting discussion on the “source of funding” rules and exemptions at JCOPE’s January meeting.
