NYC COIB Announces New Executive Director

The New York City Conflicts of Interest Board (NYC COIB) announced today that Carolyn Lisa Miller has been appointed as its Executive Director.  She succeeds Mark Davies, who retired last month.  Ms. Miller previously served the agency as its Director of Enforcement.

NYC COIB is the City’s independent agency that is responsible for administering, enforcing and interpreting Chapter 68 of the New York City Charter, the City’s Conflicts of Interest Law, and the City’s Annual Disclosure Law.
