NYS Public Authorities Budget Office Conducting Ethics Training

The New York State Public Authorities Budget Office recently announced that it is conducting web-based training for Authority board members to satisfy the requirement that directors must participate in State approved training as mandated by Public Authorities Law § 2824(2) “regarding their legal, fiduciary, financial and ethical responsibilities” as Authority board members.
