Parting Words from the CPI’s Outgoing Executive Director
The New York World (published by Columbia Journalism School, and named for school founder Joseph Pulitzer’s newspaper) has an interview with Barry Ginsberg, outgoing Executive Director and Chief Counsel of the New York State Commission on Public Integrity.
Ginsberg shares his perspectives on the nearly-defunct CPI, the history of ethics and lobbying enforcement in New York State, his accomplishments as the CPI’s top staffer, and on the as-yet-established Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE).
