The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) has released the latest edition (Spring/Summer) of its quarterly newsletter, The Ethics Review.

This issue covers the state’s ban on nepotism, addresses the two-year and lifetime post-employment bans, and describes recent JCOPE enforcement actions.
