IG Issues Report on Aqueduct VLT Process; Finds Inapproprite Political Influence

The State Inspector General released a report today on the process for choosing a VLT vendor at the Aqueduct race track.  The IG criticized a number of state leaders for disregarding their public duty.

The IG referred the findings to the Manhattan District Attorney and the U.S. Attorney’s Office to consider potential criminal charges.
