JCOPE Schedules Public Hearing on Draft Lobbying Regulations

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) will hold a public hearing on its staff proposal for comprehensive lobbying regulations in New York City on December 7.

JCOPE’s draft lobbying regulations are intended to provide greater clarity regarding the registration and reporting obligations of lobbyists and clients.  (Read my prior blog post on the release of the draft lobbying regulations here.)
