JCOPE to Meet – Tuesday, Jan. 26

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) meets next Tuesday; the meeting agenda is here.

Among other things, the agenda includes an update on the various advisory opinions JCOPE has released for public comment:

• Lobbying Act Implications in Social Media Activities;
• Reporting Obligations under the Lobbying Act for Consultants; and
• Campaign Solicitations by Elected Officials.
