IG Report Member Item $$$ Misused

The former executive director of the Stillwater Area Community Services Center, Paul Lilac, has been arrested for misusing funds that were part of a New York Senate member item, according to a report issued today by the State Inspector General’s Office.

Mr. Lilac was arrested in connection with this matter in September.
