Hinman Straub Seeks Associate Attorney – Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Education Practice Groups

Associate Attorney Wanted – Mid-size Albany law firm with robust and diverse book of business is seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience for an Associate position in our Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Education Practice Groups.

This position will support the team of individuals that work collaboratively on firm matters that involve representation of individuals and long-standing institutional clients of the firm which include health care facilities, colleges and universities, and local governments on a wide range of litigation, administrative and regulatory matters.  Strong communication skills, research and writing are required.  The position will include direct client contact and interaction with state and federal agencies. An ideal candidate will possess the ability to handle multiple priorities, be well organized, pay attention to detail, and possess a willingness to learn.  Must be admitted to practice in New York.
