Hinman Straub Seeks First/Second Year Associate – Corporate and Not-For-Profit Governance

Associate Attorney Wanted –  Mid-size Albany law firm with robust and diverse book of business is seeking an associate attorney with 1-2 years of experience in corporate and not-for-profit governance, commercial transactions and real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and/or health care law.

The applicant must possess excellent communication, research and writing skills. The position will include direct client contact and involvement in a broad range of subject matter. The applicant will possess the ability to handle multiple projects, establish priorities, be well organized, be attentive to detail, and have a strong willingness to learn.  The applicant must be admitted to practice law in New York.
