JCOPE Accepting Public Comment on Source of Funding Regulations

Last Friday, the Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) announced that they are accepting public comments on their permanent “source of funding” regulations, which can be found here.

Read background on the proposed regulations (which are in place right now, but as emergency regulations) in my prior post on the topic. The permanent regs do not differ from the emergency regs.
