Brianna Wagner is a member of Hinman Straub’s Education and Government Relations departments. In this role, she provides comprehensive legislative and legal support and analysis to a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, including P-12 education, agriculture, and emerging industries. She also offers guidance on lobbying, ethics, and elections compliance, assisting both internally within the firm and externally with clients.

Before joining Hinman Straub, Ms. Wagner earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University and subsequently attended Albany Law School. During her time at Albany Law, she served as co-chair of the Women’s Law Caucus, worked as a teaching assistant, and competed in moot court competitions. Additionally, she was an ex-officio member of the Gender Fairness Committee of the Third Judicial District in her final year.

Ms. Wagner is from Troy, New York. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
