Ms. Silver started with the firm as a law clerk while completing her law degree. Since law school she has developed a practice that focuses on education, economic development, health, human services and research. Ms. Silver provides legal, regulatory, and legislative services to a variety of higher education institutions, private and public elementary and secondary schools, and not-for-profits.

Ms. Silver is active with the Albany County Bar Association, currently serving as Immediate Past-President of the Association, President of Albany County Bar Foundation and Chair of the Pro Bono Committee. Previously, Ms. Silver served as an Officer of the Association for four years, was a member of the Court of Appeals Screening Committee, Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee, and Chair of the Committee on Continuing Legal Education as well as the Committee on Public Policy.

Ms. Silver is a member of the New York State Bar Association and currently serves as a member to the House of Delegates. She is also a member of the Government Law Center of Albany Law School.
