Mia Dardanelli is a member of the firm’s corporate, estates, and health departments. She assists clients with the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance and compliance matters. She also assists clients with their estate planning and throughout the probate process.
Ms. Dardanelli joined the firm as a law clerk in 2022 and began working full-time with the firm after graduating cum laude from Albany Law School. During her time at Albany Law School, Ms. Dardanelli was the Director of Competitions for the Anthony V. Cardona Moot Court Board and President of the Health Law Society. Before joining Hinman Straub, she interned at the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office and in the Family Violence Litigation Clinic in the Edward P. Swyer Justice Center at Albany Law School.
Ms. Dardanelli grew up in Glenville, New York and in her free time, she is an avid reader and runner.
