She has over 29 years of experience working in the Senior Care Industry, 21 of which was specifically in Assisted Living Facilities in both California and New York. She has a success record of helping facilities achieve high levels of achievement in regulatory compliance, operations and financial stability. She has presented at numerous conference and workshops, consulted in areas of Behavioral Health, and Best Practices in Operations, Quality Assurance and Workforce Culture.
Her expanded Senior Care experience in Nursing Homes, Adult Day Cares, Geriatric Psychiatry, Behavioral and Pharmaceutical Research and Neuropsychological Evaluation and Assessment give her a unique and valuable insight into thinking outside of the box to operate a successful Assisted Living Facility.
