Raeanne McLaughlin is a Healthcare Consultant at Hinman Straub, where she provides guidance to Adult Care Facilities/ Assisted Living and Long-Term Care Facilities across New York State on licensure, compliance, and operational strategy. With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in various areas of senior care and services, Ms. McLaughlin brings extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and workforce development to the firm’s healthcare clients.

Ms. McLaughlin joined Hinman Straub in 2022 and has since supported providers statewide in navigating New York State Department of Health regulations and licensure, survey readiness, and policy development. She conducts DOH licensure applications and reports, comprehensive compliance audits, leads mock surveys, and delivers statewide training on key operational topics. Before joining the firm, Ms. McLaughlin served as Executive Director for multiple Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, both in New York and California, where she strengthened quality outcomes, improved retention, and enhanced fiscal and operational performance. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles with nursing homes, a geriatric psychiatric center, a hospital mental health clinician, and clinical work in neuropsychological assessment.

Ms. McLaughlin is from Peru, New York, and in her free time enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and Adventures in the Adirondacks.
