JCOPE Adopts Regulations on Adjudicatory Proceedings and Appeals Procedure

In today’s issue of the New York State Register, the Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) provides notice that it has adopted regulations to govern how it will conduct adjudicatory proceedings and appeals.
