SBOE Publishes Guide to Independent Expenditure Reporting

The State Board of Elections (SBOE) has posted to its web site a guide to financial disclosure reporting for independent expenditures. The 55-slide PowerPoint document notes that it is “only a guide” to IE reporting under the state’s new law and regulations.
