Top Albany Lobbyist Settles With Attorney General in Pension Fund “Pay-to-Play”
Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced another settlement in his longstanding probe of outside interests involved in securing business with the state pension fund, this time with one of Albany’s top lobbyists.
Under the settlement, Patricia Lynch is banned from appearing before the State Comptroller’s Office for 5 years, and Patricia Lynch Associates will pay a $500,000 fine and adopt a code of conduct.
