Comptroller DiNapoli complains to Board of Elections

State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli’s campaign wrote to the State Board of Elections today, charging that his opponent, Harry Wilson, violated the “Fair Campaign Code.”  The Code requires candidates who publicly discuss the results of a poll  to release the full poll to the Board of Elections within 48 hours.
