CLE Program on Representing the Political Candidate in New York
The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) has just announced a CLE program to be held throughout the state in June, “Representing the Political Candidate in New York: Follow the Money . . .”
This four credit program is an updated version of NYSBA’s 2008 and 2010 election law programs that will address issues and problems arising under New York’s election law.
Topics will include getting on the ballot, campaign financing the campaign monitoring election day activities, and post-election court strategies and options. The program will include a discussion on campaign financing, including an update on the Supreme Court decision in Citizens United.

- Buffalo (June 19)
- Albany (June 19)
- New York City (June 21)
- Tarrytown (June 28)
