JCOPE Formally Proposes Source of Funding Reporting Regulations

Today’s issue of the NYS Register (pages 8 and 9) includes JCOPE’s notice of their proposed “source of funding” reporting rules.  The proposed rules are posted on JCOPE’s web site.

These proposed rules will be closely scrutinized, because if they are adopted as proposed, they will dramatically expand what associations and other organizations that receive outside funding must report on their Client Semi-Annual Reports.
