JCOPE Staff Reviewing Lobbying Act Guidelines
Earlier today, the Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) sent out an ‘e-blast’ which indicates that JCOPE staff is:
“soliciting comments from the regulated community and the general public regarding issues or policies in the current Lobbying Guidelines that could be added, removed, clarified, or otherwise revisited.”
JCOPE’s Lobbying Guidelines were most recently updated in April 2012.
Comments, which will be accepted until Sept. 5th, can be emailed to [email protected], to the attention of Martin Levine, Director of Audit and Review and Senior Counsel. The subject line should read ‘Lobbying Guidelines.’
