NYC Clerk’s Office Releases Annual Report on Lobbying

The New York City Clerk’s Office has released their Lobbying Bureau Annual Report for calendar year 2010.

Pursuant to the City’s Administrative Code, the report addresses the Lobbying Bureau’s administration and enforcement of the city’s lobbying laws, including the number of complaints received and how those complaints were addressed; the number and amount of civil penalties imposed on lobbyists and clients; the number of random audits
conducted by the clerk and the outcomes of such audits; and compliance and training programs provided to lobbyists and clients.
