Brianna Wagner is a member of Hinman Straub’s Education and Government Relations departments. In this role, she provides comprehensive legislative and legal support and analysis to a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, including P-12 education, agriculture, and emerging industries. She also offers guidance on campaign finance, ethics, and lobbying compliance obligations, assisting both internally within the firm and externally with clients.
Before joining Hinman Straub, Brianna earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University and subsequently attended Albany Law School. During her time at Albany Law, she demonstrated strong leadership and academic engagement by serving as co-chair of the Women’s Law Caucus, working as a teaching assistant, and competing in moot court competitions. Additionally, she was an ex-officio member of the Gender Fairness Committee of the Third Judicial District in her final year. Her accomplishments were recognized at graduation when she received the Kate Stoneman Award.
Brianna remains actively connected to Albany Law School as a member of the Kate Stoneman Honorary Committee, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing gender fairness and legal excellence.
