Cheryl Hogan is a member of the Firm’s Health Law and Health Insurance departments. Ms. Hogan’s practice involves a broad spectrum of health care business and regulatory matters on behalf of insurers, HMOs and other health care clients. She advises clients on issues related to the Affordable Care Act, the New York State of Health marketplace, utilization review registrations and compliance issues, and HIPAA privacy and security issues. Ms. Hogan also has significant experience representing clients on regulatory matters before the New York State Department of Financial Services and the New York State Department of Health. She is a member of the New York State Early Intervention Coordinating Council, the Hudson Falls Central School Board of Education, the Glens Falls Foundation Distribution Committee, and a former Executive Editor of the Albany Law Review.
