James Miller is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law and Estate and Financial Planning departments. James joined the firm in 2022 following his graduation from Albany Law School.
Prior to joining Hinman Straub, James attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a minor in Communications. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he attended Albany Law School where he graduated cum laude. While attending Albany Law School, James completed numerous legal internships in New York State, including a Trusts and Estates Law Section Fellowship at The New York Bar Foundation.
