Jennifer Sacco is a member of the Firm’s Government Relations department. Prior to joining Hinman Straub, Ms. Sacco served as Deputy Counsel at the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance. In this capacity, she provided legal and policy expertise on a variety of issues before the agency.

Before joining the Office, Ms. Sacco worked at the New York State Assembly for more than a decade. Most recently, she served as Assistant Secretary for Program and Policy, where she was responsible for advising the Assembly Majority Conference on a wide range of issues related to human services, health and behavioral health. Additionally, she was integrally involved in the analysis, drafting and negotiation of several State budgets and high priority pieces of legislation. Ms. Sacco’s extensive career in State Government has provided her with an in-depth and intimate understanding and knowledge of the legislative process.
