Philip Manuli Jr. is a member of the firm’s Government Relations and Health departments.
Mr. Manuli brings extensive experience in New York State Government to the firm. Most recently, he served as a Legislative and Budget Analyst for the New York State Senate Majority. His focus included Public Health, Aging and Public Protection.
Prior to his state service, Mr. Manuli served in the private sector as a Director of Local Operations for a multi-unit franchise, delivering more than 20 years of professional experience to the Firm.
