NY Law Journal Conversation with Outgoing CPI Chair, Michael Cherkasky

Today’s New York Law includes an article based on an interview with Michael Cherkasky, who recently announced his resignation as Chair of the Commission on Public Integrity.  (The article is free, but you have to be a registered user to access it.)

One interesting aspect of the interview is Mr. Cherkasky’s assertion that, due a shortage of resources, the Commission is unable to fulfill its statutorily-mandated responsibilities.
