AG to investigate NY State Fair

Yesterday, Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced that he has obtained a referral from the Governor for investigation “into patronage, cronyism and waste of taxpayer money at the New York State Fair.”

This investigation arose out of a report by the State Inspector General in early August.
